Resumo
A Associação Cientifica dos Médicos Veterinários do Estado do Ceará (AMVECE), Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC), Faculdade de Medicina Veterinária da Universidade Estadual do Ceará – UECE, juntamente com as Revitas, Revista Brasileira de Higiene e Sanidade Animal - Brazilian Journal of Hygiene and Animal Sanity - 1981-2965 e Cross Ref 10.5935) e Revista Brasileira de Nutrição Animal - Brazilian Journal of Nutrition Animal - (ISSN 1981-9552 online), tem a grata satisfação de apresentar e disponibilizar à comunidade Cientifica os Anais das palestras e artigos cientificos do I Congresso Brasileiro de Nutrição Animal, e agora, fazendo parte dos temas participantes de suas publicações.
O tema escolhido pela Comissão Cientifica para o Congresso foi a BIOTECNOLOGIA APLICADA A PRODUÇÃO DE RAÇÕES, enfocado em todas as áreas de aplicação, ou seja, forragicultura e pastagens, manejo e nutrição de abelhas, Manejo er nutrição de organismos aquáticos, Manejo e nutrição de não ruminantes, Manejo e nutrição de ruminantes, reprodução e sanidade animal.
Nosso agradecimento todo especial a PREFEITURA MUNICIPLAL DE FORTALEZA, Banco do Nordeste do Brasil, Instituto AGROPOLOS e RENORBIO (Rede Nordeste de Biotecnologia).
